These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Winion service (the “Service”) and constitute a public offer.
By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
1. Terms and definitions
Service (Winion) — a digital platform that provides users with the technical capability to create, publish, and participate in user-generated disputes/events and to express opinions using funds within the platform.
User — an individual using the Service via the web interface or Telegram Mini App.
Dispute / Market — a user-generated or platform-listed event that implies selecting one of the possible outcomes.
Position — the user’s selection of an outcome accompanied by a funds contribution (including Free Position where applicable).
Dispute pool — the total funds contributed by users within a single dispute.
Service fee — the operator’s fee for providing technical infrastructure and servicing the dispute.
Free Position — a promotional position credit that can be used to open a market position. Free Position cannot be withdrawn as cash. Profit from a winning Free Position is credited to the user’s real balance.

Predict Chain (Winion Blockchain) — Winion’s blockchain / ledger layer associated with Predict Coin (PRDC) and related on-chain records.
2. General provisions
The Service is not: a bookmaking business; gambling; a casino; a financial intermediary; a participant or party to a Dispute.
All Disputes on the Service are user-generated or listed for participation by Users.
The operator does not guarantee: profit; a particular Dispute outcome; preservation of the User’s funds as a result of the User’s decisions.
3. Operator
The operator of the Service is Winion.
Contact email: support@winion.app
4. Registration and authorization
Authorization may be performed via Telegram Mini App, email, or supported crypto wallets (including TON and EVM/BSC wallets where available).
Depending on the method, the Service may receive a limited set of data (for example Telegram ID, username, display name and interface language; email address; or a public wallet address).
The Service does not process payment card data without a separate User consent and a payment provider flow.
5. Use of the Service
The User may: create Disputes; participate in Disputes; invite other Users; choose a Judge (where the Dispute type allows).
The User independently decides on the position and the amount of funds contributed.
All User decisions are voluntary and informed.
6. Funds and service fee
Funds contributed by Users form the Dispute pool.
The operator withholds a Service fee of 10% of the total Dispute pool (unless a specific market type states otherwise in the product UI).
The remaining part of the pool is distributed among Users who took the winning position, proportionally to their contribution.
The operator does not participate in the distribution as a counterparty and is not a party to the Dispute.
7. Free Position rewards
Winion does not use permanent bonus balances as a primary product mechanic. Users may receive Free Position for real actions on the platform.
Free Position cannot be withdrawn as a separate balance. It is used to open a market position. Profit from a winning Free Position is credited to the User’s real balance.
Top up your real balance and open your first position — you may receive a Free Position equal to a percentage of your first position (within program limits).
When someone you invited tops up and opens their first real position — you may receive a Free Position equal to a percentage of their first position (within program limits).
Program limits (minimum deposit, minimum position, maximum reward, and expiry) are shown in the product UI and may change.
Any remaining legacy bonus balances from older programs may be migrated or converted into platform rewards (including Free Position and/or PRDC) under rules published in the Service; they are not a withdrawable cash balance.
8. PRDC / Predict Coin and Predict Chain
PRDC is the official ticker of Predict Coin. Do not confuse it with any unofficial ticker names.
Predict Chain (also referred to as Winion Blockchain) is the blockchain / ledger layer used by Winion in connection with Predict Coin and related records.
Predict Coin (PRDC) may be credited for promotions, legacy-bonus migration, referrals, and other programs described in the Service.
Token balances, conversion rates, vesting, and unlock rules (if any) are defined by the Service and may be updated; on-chain settlement depends on network availability and product rollout.
Predict Coin is not a bank deposit, security offering, or guarantee of profit. Holding or receiving PRDC does not create a claim against Winion beyond what is expressly stated in the product UI and these Terms.
The operator may pause, adjust, or discontinue Predict Coin programs, Predict Chain features, or related displays for technical, legal, or operational reasons.
9. Liability of the parties
The User bears full responsibility for: their decisions; choice of position; possible financial consequences.
The operator is not liable for: User losses; actions of other Users; Judges’ decisions in Disputes.
The Service is provided “as is”.
10. Restrictions and prohibitions
The User is prohibited from: using the Service for unlawful purposes; creating Disputes that violate applicable law; attempting to manipulate outcomes; using the Service for money laundering.

Blocking decisions are made by the operator unilaterally.
12. Personal data
The Service processes the minimum volume of personal data necessary to operate.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
