Almaty Open doubles: Miedler/Oberleitner face Balaji/King on indoor hard at the ATP 250 in Almaty. Start is 24 October 2026, 06:00 UTC. The tie pairs an Austrian duo with a cross-border combination led by India’s N. Sriram Balaji.
Miedler/Oberleitner: Austrian doubles pair
Lucas Miedler is an established Austrian doubles player; Alexander Oberleitner is listed as his partner in public entries. Their left-right balance and net coverage suit Almaty’s quick indoor surface. Public reports suggest both are Austrian. They will aim to limit return pressure and poach aggressively.
Balaji/King: experience and adaptation
Balaji is an Indian doubles specialist with ATP Challenger and tour-level experience. King is the partner; public reports suggest American Evan King, though entry confirmation is advisable. The matchup tests Balaji/King’s indoor adaptation and serving patterns against a net-comfortable Austrian pair. No result is guaranteed.
